En cette période de reconfinement et de cours à distance pour la plupart des étudiants de l’académie, le Crous de Lyon tient à garder le lien et à accompagner tous les étudiants.
Le programme Fil’Free disponible depuis fin août continue son activité sur Instagram. Pour rejoindre la communauté et profiter de toutes les infos utiles/les bons plans etc… il suffit de suivre @crouslyon
- Le mois de novembre aborde la prévention santé, le bien-être, l’importance de prendre soin de soi
- En lien avec le SSU Lyon 1, nous répondons aux questions des étudiants sur les services de santé et nous présenterons le rôle des Étudiants Relais Santé
- Un défi propose aux étudiants une action quotidienne à réaliser pour apporter de la joie dans leur journée
- En partenariat avec l’association FRISSE nous répondrons aux questions des étudiants liées à la santé sexuelle
- Nous aborderons également la question de l’accompagnement psychologique avec Apsytude
Le CROUS Lyon propose une activité chaque soir de la semaine à 18h en live Facebook sur le groupe des invit’ #Metime indoor :
- Lundi et mercredi > Boot camp avec un coach sportif professionnel
- Mardi > Atelier DIY par l’équipe d’animation du Crous de Lyon
- Jeudi > Culture avec une programmation imaginée par des étudiants du DUT GAGO Arts de Lyon 3 (sur Instagram @croulyon)
- Vendredi > yoga avec une professeure formée et diplômée en psychomotricité
Ces activités sont ouvertes à TOUS les étudiants, quel que soit leurs établissements, leurs filières…
