Blandine Favier, diplômée de l’ENSASE, défend dans le cadre de ses études, les formes de l’impermanence de l’architecture et, pour son diplôme, le droit pour l’architecte à la non construction.
Après l’obtention d’un master professionnel Edition d’art et Livre d’artiste à l’Université Jean Monnet de Saint-Étienne, elle intègre la Cité du design de Saint-Etienne en 2008 pour participer à la création du pôle édition. Dès 2009, elle devient chargée de projets au sein du pôle recherche pour encadrer le programme La lutte contre la précarité énergétique.
Depuis 2018, elle occupe le poste de manager de centre ville, à la Ville de Saint-Etienne.
Parallèlement, Blandine Favier mène une activité de graphiste indépendante.
